Ice Hopper Hopp'n Bucket Rig - Black

By Ice Hopper
The Hopp’n Bucket Rig or HBR is a two bucket system designed to efficiently carry your battery, Sonic Ice Hopper and all other necessary fishing equipment in one hand, except your auger of course.

For 2021 The HBR has undergone some changes do to changes in bucket availability.

The HBR now uses a bottom 5 gallon bucket that holds your battery and contains a foam spacer that is designed to hold your battery in position for optimum balance. This spacer is designed to allow use of all standard 7-9 a/h 12 volt batteries. Your Ice Hopper Bracket attaches to the lower 5 gal bucket and has a hole for power cord pass through to your sonar.

A specially sized 5 gallon white bucket nests on top of the black 5 gal bucket for you to carry fish, rods or other equipment. The gap between bucket walls is designed to provide enough clearance between the buckets to be easily pulled apart with any Ice Hopper in place. The lower 5 gal bucket comes with an adjustable length rope handle and ergonomic grip, while upper 5 gallon bucket has a traditional wire bale with standard grip. The overall height of the two buckets together is 18 1/2″. After you add your favorite bucket seat top/lid, you'll find that the extra height is a big improvement over a standard 5 gal height.

When the upper and lower buckets are nested together, a 1.5"″ deep storage area between the two buckets is created. There is plenty of room here for both the battery or any other items needing to be kept out of the elements, like a cell phone or extra gloves, etc.

The Upper 5 gal bucket is white and lower Hopp'n Bucket Rig bucket is now Stealthy Black. Note that rope handle and ergonomic grip colors will vary from the photo.

You may choose to add a bucket lid/seat to the of top 5 gallon bucket. We offer several options of lids/seats. Please see our Sonic Ice Hopper Accessories section for kick-stands, lids, seats, rod holders, etc. to add that personal touch to your Sonic Ice Hopper System
