Provides 360 degree rotation and 180 degree tilt mounting of battery, all ice hopper brackets and up to 2 additional rod holders to edge of shelter base/sleds on most shanties.
(1) 1/4-20 fastener, lock nut and fender washer included for most mounting applications.
Battery and rod holders not included.
