The new Trigger Drop reel is the latest addition to the Ice Hopper brand line up of reels. You’ll notice I didn’t say Ice fishing reels. That’s because the impetus for the Trigger Drop was our local Detroit and St Clair River walleye jigging boom. Our customers wanted a reel that performed like a bait caster with a flipping switch, but didn’t break the bank and that’s exactly what this reel does! Field tested by our local ProStaff on the Detroit River all spring. This reel performed flawlessly!
