These models now incorporate super light weight, graphite reel seats to securely hold your reel.

Ice Hopper Extreme Taper rods utilize solid carbon or fiberglass blanks and fast tapers for the ultimate in tip sensitivity. The tips of these rods taper down to a needle like 1.0mm diameter to detect the slightest bite, but still have plenty of back bone to control trophy panfish. The stealthy clear finish on the solid glass blank and black guides won't spook bull panfish that are always looking up to feed. Reel cork handles minimize weight while synthetic burl front and rear trim provide functional elegance (19" uses EVA). These rods all feel amazing and are designed to perform and feel like rods costing 2-5x the $$$.

-All rods incorpporate ultra light weight black single foot wire guides and/or spinning guides.

The 24" model is solid fiberglass and is perfect for tight quarters in an ice shelter as a sight rod or for that stealthy, elbows-in-tight, hole hopper. This solid glass rod is designed for 1-3# test lines. 

The 34" model is made from solid fiberglass and isdesigned for use in larger shelters or as a stand-up, open ice, run and gun rod. It can also be used as a dead stick too. It's blank has been a favorite building platform for custom builders since its origination 3 yrs ago. This solid fiberglass rod will load fully with 2# test and is designed for 1-4# line.
